What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, email address and chosen password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Optional connection details: your Telegram chat ID for alerts, and, if you choose the own-account mode, exchange API credentials.
• Records of signals, trades, balances and payments connected to your account.
• Basic technical data such as the time of logins, needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver signals and alerts, process payments and withdrawals, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the website and database, to send email and Telegram messages, and to process payments. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Security

Access to data is restricted by account permissions. You can add two-step verification with an authenticator app from your Security page, and it is required for admin accounts. Keep your password and any API keys private.

Your choices

You can update your details in Settings, disconnect Telegram at any time, and ask us to delete your account subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us through the details on this website for any privacy request.
